Clients may request changes before confirming the order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Any additional changes after confirmation may include extra charges.
Orders are non-refundable once placed. Orders will not be delivered before receiving 100% payment of the total amount.
Each piece goes through a quality check before dispatch. Refunds or replacements will only be provided in case of damage or error from the company’s side.
Orders cannot be refunded or exchanged after receiving the item.
Shipping usually takes 12–15 days. In case of delays, customers will be informed. Once shipped, the brand is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.
